Q: Do I need to make an appointment to drop off my Gown for cleaning?
A: No. As long as it is during our normal operating hours.
Q: How long is the cleaning process?
A: Three days for freshen up…up to one to two weeks for deeply soiled ones.
Q: What is the cleaning process?
A: We gently hand wet wash, no machines are used, with special cleaning soultions created for Gown fabrics.
Q: What are the costs for cleaning?
A: Prices vary depending on how soiled they are starting with gowns just needing a freshen up…to remove any odors, make up and etc, usually sample Gowns, to deeply soiled, needing 2 to 3 cleaning treatments. Ranges from 100.00 to 150.00.
Q: Does any of the beading fall off during cleaning?
A: Usually No, if they are already loose and need reinforcing, we can take care of that before the cleaning process.
Q: Can you clean and restore old vintage Gowns?
A: Yes, we can.
